Spring Garden Lunch and Silent Auction – Sunday April 13, 2008

And, hear horticultural industry veteran Stephanie Morris speak about the "BIG, BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL”. Lunch guests will have a rare opportunity to bid on a landscape design by Tumber & Associate’s valued at $4,500. The donated design includes the personal, one-on-one service and a hand-coloured “Landscape Master Plan”.

Directed by David Nairn; Starring Thomas Hauff (of the Academy-award nominated film Away From Her) and Andy Pogson (Stratford).
93-year-old Bud is on his way to his retirement home in Arizona. His grandson Paul is his driver. Their journey is fraught with friction and much laughter as they realize life isn't about the destination - it's about the journey. With an exciting musical score played ‘live’ onstage by blues guitarist/pianist Bruce Ley, Mesa is a unique theatrical experience that is definitely a road trip worth taking!

DISCOVER BROADWAY this spring!
With spring finally here, we look forward to seeing our Downtown streets once again lined with flower-filled planters and baskets and meeting up with old friends and customers who we may not have seen all winter!
As the sun shines on Broadway we now begin planning for all the things that make our Downtown area special, including our annual Farmers' Market on Broadway which opens for the season on Saturday, May 10th, and continues every Saturday until Thanksgiving weekend. The Downtown area will once again be host to Orangeville's most popular cultural event, the 6th Annual Orangeville Blues & Jazz Festival June 5th to 8th, an event that brings thousands of visitors to our Downtown area!

Walk Woof and Wag in support of the animals at the Ontario SPCA Friends for Life! Walk-a-thon – May 4, 2008
The Ontario SPCA Orangeville and District Branch invites you to show your support for our fabulous furry friends while having a good time at our 2008 Ontario SPCA Friends for Life! Walk-a-thon, being held Sunday, May 4, at the Alder Street Recreation Centre. Put your best paws forward and have fun walking the 5km route on the Orangeville Trailways.
The Walk-a-thon will include Tim Hortons coffee at registration, lunch for participants, pet nail clipping for a $5.00 donation, pet portraits by photographer Paul George for a donation of $15.00, the fun dog contests with prizes awarded to the winners. There are great prizes for different pledge levels.
Please help the animals in our community by joining us at the Orangeville and District Branch 2007 Ontario SPCA Friends for Life! Walk-a-thon.
