Before the rush of the Christmas season begins, step outside the city for calm and rejuvenation at a country spa. The Hills of Headwaters spas feature top notch therapists and international 'signature' body work treatments. Salt scrubs, Vichy showers, hydrotherapy, being oiled and soothed, are all fabulous for calming and reenergizing a neglected body and mind.
Hockley Valley Resort and Spa, which feels as far away as the south of France, offers spa treatments in a tranquil atmosphere.
The Millcroft Inn and Spa offers up to the minute treatments from around the world, with several geared to couples. New at the Millcroft is a traditional Japanese bath with adjoining couple's massage facility.
Main Street, in the historic Village of Erin, hosts Minerva's Spa and Boutique offering a range of contemporary aesthetic and body treatments; its boutique, tempting feminine clothing, lingerie and gifts.
Country Manor Antiques and Spa surrounds you with vintage décor, fireside chairs and soothing aromas all in the name of wellness.
