Preview Showing at the Burdette Gallery
Come, visit the Burdette Gallery during the Hills of Erin Preview Show. Many artists featured in the September Tour will have a sampling of their artwork on display and sale. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while visiting the Burdette and explore the property which is a showpiece of natural beauty. Preview will open Saturday August 9 and continue through Sunday, August 31, 2008. The gallery is open Thursday through Sunday — 10am - 5pm. The Hills were alive and filled with visitors from all over the province on the weekend of September 27th and 28th~ many enjoyed coming into the village of Erin, Hillsburgh, Orton and area to eat, explore, shop and to experience and see great art in the 20th Annual Hills of Erin Studio Tour.
The town was hopping and we hope all our sponsors had a prosperous and fun weekend. This year’s tour featured the high quality of art work and diversity of mediums by 37 artists and artisans at 17 locations.
In the Town of Erin and the Headwaters Region, artists are known as celebrants of life –who enjoy the beautiful hills and outstanding landscapes, local food, music, theatre, friends and family. We all made sure those visiting the area took in the sights, sounds and tastes of the area.
