CLAY STUDIO WORKSHOPS & CLASSES (Clay Pottery Hand-Building Basics & Beyond)
If you take a virtual studio tour at our website or a REAL one (905-584-4893) you'll be able to see samples some of the items you will be able to create during each available Workshop or Course! You can pick up Workshop and Course outlines as well as registration forms fom our website to print out or from the pocket on our front door anytime! http://web.mac.com/brendanewton under the "Classes" header. Our Saturday moring Classes for kids 8 - 12 and Saturday afternoon Christmas Workshops for 12 - Adult start on October 18 this Fall and run up until 2 weeks before Christmas. Brenda also holds CACY (Caledon Arts & Crafts for Youth) summer classes for kids at her Clay Studio.
NEW! "Plasti-Scenes" Claymation Course for kids 5 - 12 starts February, 2009. First kids will learn how to create stories using "storyboards". Next they will will learn how to create mini-scenes from their stories and populate them with terrain, plants, animals & people. Then they will learn how to use "Stop Motion" photography to animate their stories. The last day of this course will be a "Premiere" of all of the Animations created during the 8 session course!
